第二届“武动泉城”传统武术养生大会参会纪实?

金秋十月，秋风送爽，为期三天的第二届"武动泉城"传统武术养生大会（10月17日--19日），在中国东部著名的温泉之城浙江省金华市武义县隆重举行了。武义自古民风好武，明朝抗倭名将戚继光曾在此训练士卒，抗击倭寇进犯。武义之名，既突出当地自古相传的武风，也宣扬儒家仁义之精髓，完美地体现了中华民族的内在精神。

The second traditional martial art and health conference was held in Jinghua city.

此次大会得到了武义县人民政府的大力推动，当地工商业界的鼎力支持，收获了继承传统文化、宣扬健康养生理念、弘扬中华传统武术、促进武术界广泛交流等多方面的效果。组织方邀请了国内很多传统武术流派的主要传承人到会，并安排了名家名拳展示专场：太极拳（陈、杨、吴、武、孙）、形意拳（孙式、尚派）、心意六合拳、八卦掌、八极拳、绵拳、咏春拳、螳螂拳、中华苗刀等。同时也有巴西柔术和健身气功的展示（易筋经、八段锦、马王堆导引术等）。

会议期间，各门各派皆有精彩表演。源深体育中心授权教学点学员在殷方老师带领下，五人小队组成楔形队列，演练了一套吴氏太极乾坤剑。

Being supported by the local government and the companies, the host has invited many descendants of all types of traditional martial arts and has arranged them the special performances: taichi(Chen style, Yang style, Wu style, Wû style and Sun style), Xing yi, Xin yi, Ba gua, Ba ji, Mian quan, Yong chun,Tang Lang , Miao sabre etc. At the same times, there were also Brazilian karate and Qi gong to be shown. During the meeting, each types of martial art had a exciting performance. The students from Yuansheng stadium which has been authorized was led by Mr. Yin Fang and performed Wu style qiankun sword.

展演晚会上，殷方老师上台表演了传统吴式太极快拳，行拳刚柔相济、进退相随、快慢相间，整劲、透劲发得酣畅淋漓，神气完足，在场人士都目不转睛，凝神观看。

Mr.Yin Fang has performed Wu style fast form. Everybody present was absorbed by it.

作为大会压轴，马海龙先生的传统吴式太极慢拳功架饱满，行拳尽显吴式太极中正安舒、松柔圆活的特点。台下嘉宾皆赞马老的拳纯以意行，不愧为当代太极拳大师。

Master Ma Hailong filled the last performance with Wu style taichi slow form. He did it so flexible,tensive and relaxed that all the quests have praised and admired him for it.

大会总顾问之一邱丕相先生与马海龙先生自陈家沟一聚到武义再聚，时隔不到半月，深感太极拳发展正逢盛世。邱丕相先生师从蔡龙云前辈，身为上海体院博导、武术系主任，一直呼吁学院武术要向传统武术回归。

The counsellor general of the conference has gathered with Master Ma Hailong again since last time in Chenjiagou. As the doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Physical Education College and the dean of martial art department, he has been appealing for the returning of traditional Chinese martial arts.

马海龙先生特为大会书写"静对古书参圣理、勤习太极悟玄机”，笔墨厚重与灵动并存，是自勉也是对后辈的殷切期望

Master Ma Hailong has written some calligraphys for the conference.

武义之行，上海鉴泉太极拳社向武术界同仁和社会民众展示了传统吴式太极拳的神韵。期待未来能有更多机会让外界更好地了解传统吴式太极拳，以造福更多人。
