鉴泉社人民公园交流活动现场

9月13日周日上午人民公园荷花池边，各位拳友和社员如约而至。活动期间，树荫下、小路上，三五成群的拳友们乐此不疲切磋推手心得，好不热闹！

On Sunday September 13th, Jianquan members and friends met beside the lotus pond in People's Park where they enjoyed a lively workshop on Pushing hands.

曾经持续了数十年的每月一次公园活动（全上海市区公园轮流进行），由于种种原因而萎缩。人民公园场地原是钱超群老师和张金贵老师数十年教学不辍建立起来的，如今由朱方泰和朱方源兄弟继承传统，传授吴式太极拳，实属不易。更可喜的是学员许一强、郑之年、刘冀的吴式简化太极拳练得中规中矩，十分认真踏实，虽是年轻，应已心有所得。后有陈德宝、李克荣的简化、何孝培的慢拳一节及康健园的集体慢拳第一节，皆是多年功力积蓄而成。（可惜部分照片漏拍）

The monthly outing is held in every park in Shanghai in turn. It is a decade-long tradition that has, due to regrettable reasons, diminished in magnitude during previous years. The grounds were established by masters Qian Chaoquan and Zhang Jungui through their tireless teaching careers that lasted decades. Now two brothers, Zhu Fangtai and Zhu Fangyuan, maintained the custom of teaching Wu Taichi there.

To our delight, students Xu Yiqiang, Zheng Zhinian and Liuyi are doing very well on learning simplified Wu Taichi. They are earnest in their effort and demonstrate great understanding despite their young age. Later on we have Chen Debao and Li Kerong's simplified Taichi, a part of He Xiaopei's slow Taichi and the first part of Kang Jianyuan's grouped slow Taichi, and they all showed mastery of the art.

吴英华、马岳梁两位大师在世之日，每次公园活动，都是吴英华老师以一节慢拳开场，马岳梁老师以推手压轴，中间是学员将自己平时所练尽心汇报，将传统吴式太极拳的全貌展现，让拳友社员亲身感知太极拳的魅力所在。

When Masters Wu Yinghua and Ma Yueliang were alive, Wu would start every meeting with a section of his slow Taichi, and Ma would close it with his Pushing hands. In between, students share their thoughts and learnings, showcasing the wonders of Wu Taichi. 

今天朱方泰朱方源兄弟俩备好桌椅、水果、水，张挂社旗，仿佛往日之情景重回眼前。公园活动是拳友社员交流切磋、开阔眼界、结交同门的好机会。好的传统需要前辈支持、后辈继承。值得一提的是费国清老师以八十高龄积极参加活动，第四代传人马江麟、杨厚铨、吴福冬、周利明、周展方等也悉数到场，有前辈们的支持，相信拳社活动一定会越来越丰富多彩，造福更多人。

Today the Zhu brothers prepared tables, chairs, fruits and water and hung up the association's flag to reproduce past settings. This kind of activity is a good chance for participate to interact, learn and make friends. It should be endorsed by elders and juniors alike.
